Craftly Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 1, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and Craft Collective LLC ("Craftly," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Craftly website located at getcraftly.io, any associated mobile applications, and all related services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Community Standards, and Communications Consent, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 17. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
(a) Be at least 18 years of age;
(b) Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
(c) Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Platform; and
(d) Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you are creating an account on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. The Craftly Platform
3.1 What Craftly Is
Craftly is a professional identity and discovery platform that connects independent service providers ("Providers") with individuals seeking their services ("Consumers"). Craftly enables Providers to create structured professional profiles, and enables Consumers to search for, discover, and initiate connections with Providers.
3.2 What Craftly Is Not
Craftly is not an employer, employment agency, staffing company, or labor broker. Craftly does not employ, recommend, endorse, or guarantee any Provider. Craftly does not control how, when, where, or whether a Provider performs services.
Craftly is not a payment processor or financial intermediary. Craftly does not process, facilitate, or take a percentage of any payment between Providers and Consumers. All service-related transactions occur directly between the Provider and the Consumer, outside of the Platform.
Craftly is not a party to any service transaction. When a Consumer connects with a Provider through the Platform and subsequently engages the Provider for services, that arrangement is solely between the Consumer and the Provider. Craftly is not a party to, and bears no responsibility for, any agreement, contract, or understanding between a Provider and a Consumer regarding the provision of services, including but not limited to pricing, scheduling, scope of work, quality, or payment.
3.3 No Guarantee of Results
Craftly does not guarantee that any Provider will receive connection requests, leads, engagements, or income through the Platform. Craftly does not guarantee that any Consumer will find a Provider suitable for their needs or that any Provider will accept a connection request.
4. Accounts
4.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You will be asked to provide an email address and authenticate via a one-time passcode ("OTP") sent to that email address. You may also enroll biometric passkeys (such as Face ID or Touch ID) for subsequent logins. Craftly does not use password-based authentication.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
(a) Keep your authentication credentials confidential and secure;
(b) Not share your account access with any other person;
(c) Notify Craftly immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security; and
(d) Not create more than one account per person.
Craftly is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the foregoing obligations.
4.3 Account Types
The Platform supports the following account roles:
(a) Provider — A user who creates a professional profile to offer services through the Platform. Provider accounts are subject to additional terms set forth in the Provider Terms.
(b) Consumer — A user who searches for, connects with, or reviews Providers. Consumer accounts are subject to additional terms set forth in the Consumer Terms.
(c) Both — A single user may maintain both a Provider profile and a Consumer role under the same account.
The applicable role-specific terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms and apply when you act in the corresponding capacity.
5. Platform Features and Services
5.1 Provider Profiles
Providers may create professional profiles containing information such as their name, photograph, biography, service descriptions, credentials, portfolio materials, pricing, availability, and location. Profiles may be maintained in draft (unpublished) status or published to be discoverable through the Platform's search and discovery features.
5.2 Search and Discovery
Consumers may search for Providers using criteria including location, service category, price range, availability, ratings, and other filters. Search results are determined by factors including geographic proximity, review ratings, profile completeness, and subscription tier. Subscription tier serves as a secondary tiebreaker when primary factors are equal and does not override proximity, ratings, or completeness.
5.3 Connection Requests
Consumers may send connection requests to Providers through the Platform. A connection request includes a description of the Consumer's need and may include preferred dates or other details. Providers may accept, decline, or ignore connection requests at their sole discretion.
5.4 Messaging
Upon acceptance of a connection request, a conversation thread is created between the Provider and Consumer. All messages in this thread are stored by Craftly regardless of the delivery channel used. Messages may be delivered via in-app notification, SMS relay (via Twilio), or email relay (via Resend), based on each participant's selected delivery preference. Each participant may change their delivery preference at any time.
The messaging relay system protects each party's personal contact information (phone number and email address) by using masked relay numbers and addresses. Either party may voluntarily share their direct contact information within the conversation at their discretion. Craftly does not compel the disclosure of personal contact information.
For complete information about how communications are handled, please refer to our Communications Consent.
5.5 Reviews
Consumers who have an accepted connection with a Provider may submit reviews. Reviews are subject to a dual-confirmation system and are governed by the Review & Reputation Policy. By submitting a review, you agree to the terms set forth in that policy.
5.6 Identity Verification
Providers and Consumers may optionally verify their identity through a third-party identity verification service (currently Stripe Identity). Identity verification is governed by the Provider Verification Terms or Verified User Terms, as applicable. Identity verification constitutes a confirmation of identity only and does not constitute an endorsement, background check, or guarantee of service quality.
5.7 Paid Features
Certain features of the Platform are available only to users who subscribe to paid plans or purchase add-on features. Paid features are governed by the Billing & Auto-Renewal Terms. Available paid features include Provider subscription tiers (Expert and Pro), the Provider Verified Badge, and the Consumer Verified User badge.
6. User Content
6.1 Your Content
"User Content" means any content, information, or materials that you submit, upload, publish, or transmit through the Platform, including but not limited to profile information, photographs, videos, portfolio materials, biographical text, service descriptions, reviews, messages, and any other content you create or provide.
6.2 Ownership
You retain ownership of your User Content. Craftly does not claim ownership of any User Content you submit to the Platform.
6.3 License Grant
By submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant Craftly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the operation, promotion, and improvement of the Platform. This license includes the right to display your User Content in search results, social media preview cards (Open Graph), and other Platform features, and to make your User Content available to other users of the Platform in accordance with your privacy and visibility settings.
This license continues for as long as your User Content remains on the Platform and for a reasonable period thereafter to account for caching, backup, and archival processes. You may terminate this license with respect to specific User Content by deleting that content from the Platform, subject to the foregoing.
6.4 Representations
You represent and warrant that:
(a) You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit your User Content and to grant the license set forth above;
(b) Your User Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party's intellectual property rights, rights of privacy, rights of publicity, or any other legal rights;
(c) Your User Content does not violate these Terms, our Community Standards, or any applicable law or regulation; and
(d) Your User Content is accurate and not misleading.
6.5 Content Removal
Craftly reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor, review, or remove User Content at our sole discretion, including content that we determine violates these Terms, our Community Standards, applicable law, or is otherwise objectionable. Craftly is not responsible for any User Content submitted by users.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. This list is not exhaustive; additional prohibited conduct is described in our Community Standards, which are incorporated herein by reference.
(a) Impersonation and Fraud. Creating a false identity, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your qualifications, credentials, or affiliation. This includes operating an agency or staffing company while presenting yourself as an individual service provider.
(b) Harassment and Abuse. Threatening, harassing, bullying, intimidating, or abusing any user of the Platform, whether through messages, reviews, or any other feature.
(c) Dishonest Reviews. Submitting false, fraudulent, incentivized, or misleading reviews, or soliciting others to do so.
(d) Data Harvesting and Scraping. Using any automated means (including bots, crawlers, scrapers, spiders, or any other automated tool or process) to access, collect, copy, or index any data from the Platform, except as expressly permitted by our robots.txt file. This prohibition includes but is not limited to bulk collection of Provider profiles, contact information, pricing data, reviews, or portfolio content.
(e) Unauthorized Access. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Platform.
(f) Interference. Interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the Platform or the networks or services connected to the Platform.
(g) Circumvention. Attempting to circumvent any security, rate-limiting, content-gating, or access-restriction measures implemented on the Platform.
(h) Spam and Solicitation. Sending unsolicited commercial messages, advertisements, or promotional material through the Platform's messaging system.
(i) Illegal Activity. Using the Platform for any purpose that is illegal under applicable local, state, national, or international law.
(j) Misuse of Contact Information. Using another user's contact information obtained through the Platform for any purpose other than engaging with that user regarding services facilitated through the Platform.
(k) Replication. Creating, operating, or contributing to any service, database, or directory that replicates or substitutes for a material portion of the Platform's provider database.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Craftly's Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, layout, look and feel, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, software, code, database structure, and all other intellectual property and proprietary content (collectively, "Craftly IP"), is owned by or licensed to Craftly and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of any Craftly IP without our prior written consent.
8.2 Feedback
If you provide Craftly with any suggestions, ideas, feedback, or recommendations regarding the Platform ("Feedback"), you hereby assign to Craftly all rights in such Feedback and agree that Craftly may use, reproduce, and commercialize such Feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
8.3 Copyright Complaints
Craftly respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a notice in accordance with our DMCA / Copyright Policy.
9. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with or relies upon certain third-party services, including but not limited to Stripe (payment processing and identity verification), Twilio (SMS relay), Resend (email relay and transactional email), Google Calendar (scheduling sync), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and edge network), AWS Route 53 (DNS), and Cloudflare Turnstile (CAPTCHA on signup and login).
Your use of these third-party services may be subject to those services' own terms of service and privacy policies. Craftly is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of any third-party service. Any outage, error, or failure of a third-party service does not constitute a breach of these Terms by Craftly.
10. Data Protection and Bot Management
10.1 Provider Data
Craftly's provider database is a core asset of the Platform. Certain provider information (including names, photographs, full review text, portfolio images, and contact mechanisms) is available only to authenticated users. Unauthenticated visitors may view limited, anonymized information such as service categories, general locations, aggregate ratings, and price ranges.
10.2 Permitted Crawlers
Craftly permits access to publicly available Platform content by the following automated agents for the purpose of consumer discovery: ClaudeBot (Anthropic), GPTBot (OpenAI), and Google-Extended (Google). All other automated agents are blocked unless expressly authorized by Craftly in writing.
10.3 Anti-Scraping
Any unauthorized collection, aggregation, copying, duplication, display, or derivative use of Provider data from the Platform is strictly prohibited. Craftly reserves the right to enforce this prohibition through technical measures (including rate limiting, bot detection, and IP blocking), legal action, or both.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRAFTLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, CRAFTLY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
(a) THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE;
(b) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE;
(c) ANY PROVIDER LISTED ON THE PLATFORM IS QUALIFIED, LICENSED, INSURED, OR COMPETENT TO PERFORM ANY SERVICE;
(d) ANY CONSUMER IS WHO THEY CLAIM TO BE OR WILL ACT IN GOOD FAITH;
(e) IDENTITY VERIFICATION CONSTITUTES A GUARANTEE OF A USER'S IDENTITY, QUALIFICATIONS, OR TRUSTWORTHINESS; OR
(f) ANY SERVICE TRANSACTION BETWEEN A PROVIDER AND A CONSUMER WILL BE SATISFACTORY TO EITHER PARTY.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 Exclusion of Certain Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CRAFTLY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER CRAFTLY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
12.2 Cap on Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRAFTLY'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF: (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO CRAFTLY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00). FOR USERS WHO HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNTS TO CRAFTLY, CRAFTLY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00).
12.3 No Liability for Service Transactions
CRAFTLY IS NOT A PARTY TO ANY SERVICE TRANSACTION BETWEEN PROVIDERS AND CONSUMERS. CRAFTLY SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, LOSS, INJURY, OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO: (A) THE CONDUCT, ACTIONS, OR OMISSIONS OF ANY PROVIDER OR CONSUMER; (B) THE QUALITY, SAFETY, LEGALITY, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY SERVICE; (C) THE ACCURACY OF ANY PROVIDER'S PROFILE, CREDENTIALS, OR REPRESENTATIONS; OR (D) ANY PAYMENT OR FINANCIAL TRANSACTION BETWEEN A PROVIDER AND A CONSUMER.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Craftly, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
(a) Your use of the Platform;
(b) Your User Content;
(c) Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law;
(d) Your violation of any rights of a third party;
(e) Any service transaction between you and another user of the Platform; or
(f) Any dispute between you and another user of the Platform.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
14.2 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceedings, you agree to first contact Craftly at service@getcraftly.io and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days. Most disputes can be resolved through informal negotiation, and we encourage you to reach out to us before taking further action.
14.3 Binding Arbitration
If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal resolution, you and Craftly agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform (collectively, "Disputes") shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring individual claims in small claims court if the claims qualify.
(a) Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. If the AAA is unavailable, the parties shall agree on an alternative arbitration provider, or a court of competent jurisdiction shall appoint one.
(b) Location. Arbitration shall take place in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, unless you and Craftly mutually agree to an alternative location or to conduct the arbitration remotely (by phone, video conference, or written submissions).
(c) Arbitrator Authority. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve all Disputes, including the arbitrability of any claim. The arbitrator may grant any relief that would be available in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to the limitations in these Terms.
(d) Arbitration Fees. If you are unable to afford the arbitration filing fee, Craftly will pay it for you. Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees and costs unless the arbitrator awards fees and costs to the prevailing party.
(e) Arbitrator's Decision. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction, including the state courts of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
(f) Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending a written notice to service@getcraftly.io within thirty (30) days of creating your account. The notice must include your name, email address associated with your account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of binding arbitration. If you opt out, Disputes will be resolved in court as set forth in Section 14.4.
14.4 Jurisdiction and Venue
For any Disputes not subject to arbitration (including if you have validly opted out of arbitration, or for claims brought in small claims court), any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and exclusive venue of such courts.
14.5 Class Action Waiver
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND CRAFTLY AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDING — WHETHER IN ARBITRATION OR IN COURT — WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST CRAFTLY. IF THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER IS FOUND TO BE UNENFORCEABLE WITH RESPECT TO A PARTICULAR CLAIM, THAT CLAIM SHALL PROCEED IN COURT RATHER THAN IN ARBITRATION.
14.6 Time Limitation
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.
15. Termination and Suspension
15.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the Platform's settings. Upon deletion:
(a) Your profile will be removed from search results and will no longer be publicly accessible;
(b) Your personal information will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy;
(c) Reviews you have received (as a Provider) will be removed with your profile;
(d) Reviews you have submitted (as a Consumer) will be anonymized but may remain on the Platform;
(e) Message history associated with your account will be anonymized in accordance with our data retention policy; and
(f) Any active paid subscriptions will be canceled. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of any billing period.
15.2 Suspension and Termination by Craftly
Craftly may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict your access to the Platform, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
(a) Violation of these Terms, the Community Standards, or any other applicable Craftly policy;
(b) Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
(c) Conduct that poses a risk to other users, Craftly, or third parties;
(d) Failure to pay amounts owed to Craftly;
(e) Prolonged inactivity; or
(f) As required by applicable law.
Where practicable, Craftly will provide notice prior to suspension or termination and an opportunity to cure the violation. However, Craftly reserves the right to take immediate action without notice where the violation is severe, involves safety concerns, or involves fraudulent activity.
15.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 6 (User Content), 8 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 12 (Limitation of Liability), 13 (Indemnification), 14 (Dispute Resolution), and this Section 15.3.
16. Additional Terms
16.1 Role-Specific Terms
Your use of the Platform in a specific capacity may be subject to additional terms:
(a) Provider Terms. If you create a Provider profile, you agree to the Provider Terms, which govern your obligations as a Provider on the Platform.
(b) Consumer Terms. If you act as a Consumer (including sending connection requests or submitting reviews), you agree to the Consumer Terms, which govern your obligations as a Consumer on the Platform.
(c) Billing Terms. If you purchase any paid feature, you agree to the Billing & Auto-Renewal Terms, which govern subscription billing, auto-renewal, and cancellation.
(d) Verification Terms. If you undergo identity verification, you agree to the applicable Provider Verification Terms or Verified User Terms.
These additional terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any role-specific terms, the role-specific terms shall control with respect to the subject matter of that conflict.
16.2 Policies
The following policies are incorporated by reference into these Terms:
(a) Privacy Policy
(d) Review & Reputation Policy
(e) Trust & Safety / Reporting Policy
(f) DMCA / Copyright Policy
17. Modifications to Terms
Craftly reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Effective Date" and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification to the address associated with your account.
For material changes, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and delete your account.
Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, formatting adjustments, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may take effect immediately upon posting.
18. General Provisions
18.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Standards, Communications Consent, and all other policies and role-specific terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Craftly regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
18.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent.
18.3 Waiver
The failure of Craftly to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective only if in writing and signed by Craftly.
18.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Craftly. Craftly may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
18.5 Force Majeure
Craftly shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond Craftly's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, or failures of third-party services.
18.6 Notices
Craftly may provide notices to you via email to the address associated with your account, via in-app notification, or by posting on the Platform. You may provide notices to Craftly by emailing service@getcraftly.io. Notices are deemed received when sent via email (upon delivery to the recipient's mail server), when displayed via in-app notification (upon display), or when posted on the Platform (upon posting).
18.7 No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms are for the benefit of you and Craftly only. No third party shall have any right to enforce any provision of these Terms.
